Playing
How do I play?
Tap any group of two or more touching crystals of the same colour to shatter it. Swipe left or right to turn the tower. Big groups make a Star Rocket (clears a ring) or a Nova Bomb. Each level shows its goal and the number of moves at the top: rescue the critters, shatter a number of one colour, or clear all the ice and clouds.
How do I rescue a critter?
Critters wait in bubbles, snug in crystal cocoons inside the tower. Shatter the crystals below a bubble so it can float down; when it reaches the bottom, Pofi catches it.
What does Pofi's horn do?
Every crystal you shatter charges Pofi's horn. When it is full, tap her to fire a horn blast that clears a patch of the tower.
I am stuck on a level.
Try turning the tower to look for bigger groups, save boosters for the last few moves, and let Pofi's horn charge before you use it. Levels adjust gently if you keep finding one hard.
Hearts, gold and the Pofi Pass
How do hearts work?
You have up to five hearts. One is used when you do not finish a level, and one comes back every 30 minutes. You can refill with gold or Full Hearts from the Crystal Shop, watch an optional ad for a heart, or play with unlimited hearts with the Pofi Pass.
I bought something but did not get it.
Make sure you are online, close and reopen the game, then open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it still has not arrived, email hello@jazzgames.net with the date of purchase and the order ID from your Apple receipt.
How do I cancel the Pofi Pass?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Pofi Pass and tap Cancel Subscription. Do it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep the benefits until the end of the paid period.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
How can I stop purchases on my child's iPhone?
Use Screen Time (Content & Privacy Restrictions, iTunes & App Store Purchases, In-app Purchases: Don't Allow) or Ask to Buy in Family Sharing.
Ads, Game Center and progress
Are there ads?
Only rewarded ads you choose to watch, for example for five extra moves or a heart. Nothing plays on its own.
Game Center does not show my score.
Check you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings, then reopen the game. Weekly leaderboards reset at the start of each week.
Will my progress move to a new iPhone?
Your progress is saved on your iPhone. Moving it is easiest with an iCloud or computer backup of your whole iPhone restored to the new one. Pofi Pass comes back with Restore purchases.
Deleting your data
There is no account to close. To delete everything:
- Open Pofi: Crystal Tower and tap the Settings (gear) button.
- Tap Delete all data and confirm.
This erases your progress, gold, boosters and island on the phone. Our servers keep no copy of your progress: the difficulty check is answered and not stored. It cannot be undone, and it does not cancel a Pofi Pass subscription (cancel that in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions) or refund purchases.
Deleting the app also removes the data on the phone. If you no longer have the app, or want us to confirm deletion, email hello@jazzgames.net and we will delete what we hold within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details.
